Desde la asociación cultural Fórum Montefrío iniciamos hace ya algún tiempo el proyecto de senderismo “Montefrío a pie”, con el que pretendíamos poner en valor nuestro patrimonio paisajístico.
A raíz de todas vuestras peticiones, hemos decidido que la IV Jornada de senderismo Fórum Montefrío consista en una ruta a la encina milenaria.
En este momento el proyecto se encuentra aún en desarrollo. Están preparándonos diferentes alternativas que expondremos durante las próximas semanas.
La ruta tendrá lugar el domingo 06 de octubre. Tod@s los interesados podrán inscribirse/ampliar información en la dirección de email: parlamento@forummontefrio.es o en los teléfonos: 958311001 // 958336431.

Para evitar su coincidencia con nuestra Feria de Septiembre cambiamos la fecha de la ruta a la encina milenaria al domingo 29 de septiembre. El próximo lunes realizaremos el recorrido y recogeremos sus datos con la aplicación móvil gratuita OruxMap. De esta forma podremos informaros sobre el recorrido completo de forma más exacta. Os vamos adelantando que rondará los 10-11 kilómetros. Todo el que quiera puede continuar apuntándose en Electrodomésticos Comino Magenta, en el correo parlamento@forummontefrio.es o en los teléfonos 958311001 – 958336431.

IV Jornada de Senderismo “Montefrío a Pie” (Ruta de la Encina Milenaria)
Fecha: Domingo 29 de septiembre.
Longitud: 11-12 Kilómetros.
Dificultad: Media.
Desnivel: 964M
Salida: Plaza Virgen de Los Remedios.
Llegada: Plaza Virgen de Los Remedios.
Nota: Utilizar ropa cómoda, calzado apropiado y una pequeña mochila para agua, comida, etc.. Se trata de un paseo, no una carrera, por lo que el recorrido se realizará en grupo. En caso de lluvia la ruta quedará suspendida.

Tenemos el placer de anunciar que, si no ocurre ningún imprevisto, durante la "Ruta de La Encina Milenaria" contaremos con la presencia de Rafael Guerrero Ávila (experto en flora de la zona). Durante el recorrido podremos recrearnos con cada una de las especies que encontraremos en el camino, así como con las explicaciones, detalles o curiosidades con las que nuestro guia hará las delicias de todos los participantes.
PD: Agradecer, una vez más, a Rafael esa predisposición innata a colaborar con su tierra, con Montefrío Gracias!! :friend:

Debido a las inclemencias meteorológicas la Ruta a La Encina Milenaria prevista para mañana Domingo 29 de septiembre queda pospuesta al primer domingo de octubre (06/10/2013).
Ya hemos procedido a comunicárselo telefónicamente a las alrededor de 100 personas inscritas a la ruta. Como no hay mal que por bien no venga, el proceso de inscripción continua abierto.
Misma hora mismo lugar (8:30 h // Plaza Virgen de Los Remedios). Nos vemos el próximo domingo!!.

IV Jornada de Senderismo Fórum Montefrío (Ruta de la Encina Milenaria)
No podemos iniciar esta crónica sin un sincero y rotundo agradecimiento. Gracias a las alrededor de 100 personas que han decidido acompañarnos (No solo de Montefrío, sino de Alcalá la Real, Villanueva de Mesia, Santa Fe, Granada, Motril, Atarfe, etc..). Gracias a protección civil y su equipo de voluntarios (Paco Felipe y José Miguel) su labor no tiene precio. Gracias a los amigos de Abm Hiponova (Paco Anguita, Jose Luis Tallón, Francisco J Ramirez…) por guiarnos en el trayecto de vuelta. Y por supuesto, gracias a todos los compañer@s y amig@s de la Asociación Cultural Fórum Montefrío que han participado en la organización de la ruta (Paky, Cristobal, Inma, Encarni, Puri, etc…). Para nosotros ha sido un placer poder disfrutar un día expléndido como el de hoy junto a todos vosotros. Un abrazo!!. En breve publicaremos un completo reportaje fotográfico así como el track completo de la ruta (wikirutas).

Los amigos de #wikirutas han publicado la ruta de la encina de la inquisición realizada por Fórum Montefrío. Teneis a vuestra disposición varias gráficas, mapa topográfico, el track e incluso la posibilidad de visualizar el recorrido completo con google earth o google maps #Senderismo.
